Under Occupation Information, students can obtain occupational information such as description of the occupation, salary, employment outlook, and education path via browsing.  When browsing, students can locate occupations by name, salary range, or occupational cluster and can view the characteristics of three occupations simultaneously via the Compare function.  A number of “Hot-links” provide information on military occupations, job trends, and labor market information.

Under Tools for You, students can learn about work skills, enter work and educational experiences and “Hot-link” to a variety of sites that provide career planning and decision making information.  In addition, students can obtain information on apprenticeship and service learning.

Quick Look-Ups gets the student into the occupational database rapidly.  The activities provide a number of quick ways students can locate occupations for information.  Once into the occupation database, students can branch to other areas for information.
